Copyright and Takedown

How to report content that infringes your rights, and what happens next.

Last updated: 2026-10-09

Our approach

ViraMova templates are made from recipes we write ourselves. Sample videos on the site are generated by us, or used with permission. We do not copy other creators' videos, and we do not distribute commercial music recordings. If you believe something on ViraMova infringes your rights, tell us and we will look at it promptly.

What to send

Write to the address in the page footer and include:

  1. Your name and a way to reach you.
  2. The page address of the template or sample you are reporting.
  3. A description of the work you own, with a link to the original if one exists.
  4. A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized.
  5. A statement that the information in your report is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.

What happens next

We review the report, and if the claim looks valid we pause the template while we investigate. We keep a record of the report, our decision, and any reply from the template's author or any evidence of permission. If we remove a template, credits spent on it that did not produce a video are returned automatically.

Reports about people in videos

If a video shows you and you did not agree to it, or it is being used to mislead or harass you, write to us with the details. We can remove the video and close the account that made it.

Repeat infringement

Accounts that repeatedly upload photos of people without their permission, or misuse templates, can be suspended.
