Privacy Policy

Summary

ViraMova turns photos you upload into AI videos. We collect only what we need to make your video, take payment, and keep the service safe. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your photos or videos to train AI models.

What we collect

1. Account information. Your name, email address and profile picture when you sign in with Google or create an account.
2. Photos you upload. The images you add to a template to generate a video.
3. Videos we generate. The finished videos linked to your account.
4. Orders and credits. What you bought, your credit balance and credit history. Card details are handled by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers.
5. Usage and device data. Pages visited and when, the site or link that brought you (for example a search engine or a campaign tag in the link), device type, browser and your country, used for security, fraud prevention and analytics. A random identifier stored in your browser lets us count visitors without knowing who they are; when you are signed in, visits are linked to your account. We do not keep your IP address with these records.

How we use it

We use your information to generate your videos, process payments and refunds, show your credit history and creations, prevent abuse, answer your messages, and understand which parts of the site are used so we can improve them.

Who processes your data

To make your video, your photos are sent to our AI video provider. Payments are processed by Stripe. We use Cloudflare to host the site and store files, and Google for sign-in and analytics. These providers process data only to deliver their service to us.

How long we keep it

Photos are removed from your account's working storage 24 hours after a video has finished, and videos after 30 days. You can delete a video yourself at any time from My Creations, which also deletes the photos and videos we kept for it. To operate and maintain the service, handle support requests and prevent misuse, we keep a copy of the photos you upload and the videos made from them, and the settings used to make them, until you delete the video or ask us to delete your account. Once you delete a video, we keep only the settings and results of that video, without your photos or the video itself. Order and credit records are kept as long as needed for accounting and legal reasons. You can ask us to delete your account and everything linked to it at any time.

Photos of other people

Only upload photos of yourself or of people who have agreed. If you upload someone else's photo, you are responsible for having their permission. We can remove content and close accounts that break this rule.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in and to measure traffic. You can block cookies in your browser, but sign-in will not work without them.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data. Write to the address in the page footer from the email on your account.

Children

ViraMova is not for children under 13. Do not upload photos of children unless you are their parent or guardian.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top of this page.
