Agreement

By using ViraMova you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

ViraMova provides templates that generate AI videos from photos you upload. Results are produced by AI, and every video can differ from the sample shown on the template page. We test templates before publishing them, but we cannot promise a specific result for every photo.

Accounts

You need an account to generate videos. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You must be at least 13 years old.

Credits and payment

Videos are paid for with credits. Each template shows its price in credits before you generate. Credit packs are bought with a one-time payment through Stripe, and monthly and yearly plans renew until you cancel them in Billing. Credits from a pack are valid for 12 months, and credits from a plan are valid until the end of the billing period they were granted for. Credits are deducted when a video starts and are returned automatically if it fails. See the refund policy.

Your photos and your videos

You keep your rights in the photos you upload. You give ViraMova permission to process them to make your video. You may use the videos you generate for personal and social-media use. Check the rules of the platform where you post, especially for AI-generated content and music.

What you must not do

1. Upload photos of people who have not agreed to it, or photos of children without a parent or guardian.
2. Make videos meant to deceive people about a real person, to harass someone, or that are sexual, hateful or violent.
3. Try to get around safety checks, limits or payments, or abuse the service in a way that harms others.
4. Use the service to infringe anyone's copyright or other rights.

We can remove content, refuse a generation, and suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Templates and music

Templates are based on publicly popular video styles, written as our own recipes. Generated videos do not include commercial music unless a template says so. If you add music when you post, make sure you have the right to use it on that platform.

Availability and changes

We may change, pause or remove templates and features. We try to keep the service running, but we do not promise it will always be available or error-free.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, ViraMova is provided as is, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
