Making a video

Open any template, add the photo or photos it asks for in the upload boxes next to the sample, check the price in credits, and press Generate video. If you are asked to sign in, sign in with Google. Each upload box says what it wants, for example a clear photo of one person, one pet or one character.

How long it takes

Most videos are ready in a few minutes. A longer template takes longer, because it is made in pieces and then joined. You can leave the page while it works; the video appears on the template page and in My Creations when it is done.

Credits

The price is shown on the template before you generate. If a video fails to render, the credits for it are returned to your balance automatically. The refund policy has the details for credit packs and plans. Your pricing page shows what credits cost.

Your finished video

Finished videos are in My Creations, where you can play and download them. They are kept for 30 days, so download the ones you want to keep.

Your photos

Photos are used only to make your video. They are deleted automatically within about a day, and we do not use them to train models. The privacy policy explains what we keep.

Sound

The videos have no sound of their own. Add music or your voice in the app where you post.

Photos of other people

Only upload photos of people who agree to appear in a video. Do not upload photos of children without a parent or guardian, and do not make videos meant to mislead people about a real person. Our terms of service cover this, and copyright and takedown explains how to report a problem.

Still stuck

Write to the address in the page footer. Include the template name and the time you started the video, and we will look at it.
