Pricing questions
How do credits work?
Each template shows its price in credits, and that amount is deducted when you press Generate. You can buy a credit pack once, or subscribe to get credits every month or year.
What if a video fails?
The credits for that video are returned to your balance automatically, and the return shows in your credit history.
Do credits expire?
Credits in a pack are valid for 12 months from the purchase date. Credits from a monthly plan are valid until the end of that billing month, and credits from a yearly plan until the end of that year.
How do I cancel or change a plan?
Open Billing in your account and cancel. The plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. To switch plans, cancel the current one first and then choose the new one.
Can I get a refund?
If you have not spent any credits from a pack, you can ask for a refund within 7 days. See the refund policy for details.
